Saskia is a multidisciplinary artist working across dance and music. They combine their disciplines in classical and jazz violin and Krump & Whacking to work with the likes of FKA Twigs, ESKA, Nike, Dr. Martens & BBC. They are a Composer, Dancer and Producer for multi-arts company House of Absolute performing with them at Sadler’s Wells,V&A and the Institute of Contemporary art. As a musician she made her name on the underground Jazz scene with 5-piece band Nihilism and avant-garde Levitation Orchestra co-composing and releasing 3 studio albums. Most recently she arranged an orchestral score for dance film ‘Secret of the Treaties’ during House of Absolute’s collaboration with the Philharmonia Orchestra
Saskia was a Round 2 recipient of the 2022/3 Francis Chagrin Awards.
