The grapes trio (Eva-Maria Houben, Huw Morgan and Artur Vidal) is inviting musicians to perform a piece that will be played on the 16th of May 2024 at St James Garlickhythe (London) in collaboration with Dickon Love and the bell ringers of the church.
Considering listening as important as playing, musicians will experience different ways of reverberating together. Long silences may unfold.
The audience will be able to walk anytime inside and outside the church to observe sounds from different perspectives or dwell calmly in their chosen spot.
All instruments are welcome.
The performance will start at 7 pm and will last around 40 minutes. It will be followed (after a pause) by a recital at the same place of the trio.
