Are you a skilled project manager working in music who is passionate about shaping a fairer, stronger and more equitable music industry?
We seek an experienced and inclusive project manager to work within a game changing environment to deliver the ambitious Keychange Participant Programme (including training, panel discussions, showcases and digital communications) and contribute towards the wider Keychange movement for gender equity in music – including overseeing the pioneering Keychange Pledge.
Our ideal candidate will be mission-driven, with significant music industry experience and connections, an understanding of the needs of independent artists, and experience of working alongside underrepresented artists and industry professionals. You will be passionate about gender equity and intersectional inclusivity. And you will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to translate equity and justice goals into meaningful change across the music industry.
