In this session, we will be joined by Ofsted’s National Lead for Music, Mark Phillips, who will lead an exploration of what progress in composing looks (and sounds) like and how to plan for students’ progress as composers.

As well as Mark’s presentation and Q&A session, we will hear from Head of Music Mark Aitchison, trainer and researcher Ally Daubney, and teacher and researcher Nikki Booth. And you can expect the usual combination of food for thought, practical tips and time for everyone to discuss and share experiences!

PS. This is the third session in a series of seven, which run monthly from January to July. You can find the recordings and resources from the previous sessions here >>
