Calling all instrumentalists and singers!

CoMA celebrates 30 years of participatory new music making, since its founding in 1993. Across July 15 and 16, we invite you to join us for a jam-packed musical celebration weekend at St John’s Smith Square in London.

The weekend will include musical workshops, stories from many of CoMA’s long-time collaborators, a commemorative exhibition, performances from CoMA’s international network of ensembles and finally a performance from a massed participatory ensemble, which will include the premiere of a new work by Stephen Montague.

All curious instrumentalists and singers, aged 16+, and of all standards are invited to take part – there is no need to be currently associated with a CoMA ensemble. This is your chance to meet other like-minded music lovers and create something together!

Participants are required to be available from 10am – 9pm both days. A full schedule will be available in the coming weeks. Registration is essential to take part – this includes if you’re part of a CoMA ensemble that is performing.

The registration fee is £25 full/£20 concession.
The concession rate is available for anyone who cannot afford the full rate. If you would like to participate but are unable to cover the concession rate, please contact info@coma.org.

Your registration fee will cover:

  • Participation in workshops and festivities throughout both days, including a massed ensemble which will premiere a new work by Stephen Montague
  • Lunch on both days
  • Your participation in the evening concerts / a ticket to the concert if you are not participating
