BCMG seeks a Learning Trainee to support their Learning and Participation Programme. This post aims to bridge the gap between university or college and the professional world of an arts organisation. The successful candidate will work alongside the Director of Learning and Participation and Learning Coordinator assisting with BCMG’s busy and innovative Learning and Participation Programme. The post holder will provide administrative support for the programme and become involved practically in projects. The training will happen on the job but there may be opportunities to attend relevant external training.
For questions about the role, please contact Nancy Evans, BCMG’s Director of Learning and Participation at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a confidential conversation. Nancy will be a member of the shortlisting and interview panels.
Please send a completed application form and diversity monitoring form by email to Naomi Wellings at email@example.com. Naomi will not be a member of the shortlisting or interview panels.
Application deadline Monday 14 June at 9am. Applications received after this time will not be considered.
Interviews will take place at a central Birmingham location during the week of 4th July. Should candidates prefer, a digital interview will be organised on the same dates.
