As Brighter Sound’s new Director you’ll build on our national and international reputation, championing even more people and communities that are underrepresented in the music sector.
You’ll closely align with the vision, mission and values of the organisation, with a genuine passion for nurturing young and emerging artists and independents, and promoting diversity and equality of opportunity in music.
If you’re seeking a senior strategic position at the head of a dynamic forward-looking organisation, with 12 core staff, a network of freelancers and an active board of trustees, where your enthusiasm, skills and experience will make a real difference – this might be the role for you.
