We’re inviting women and non-binary people from the North of England to take part in our new leadership development programme.
This free programme, taking place online over eight months, will help you to build a vision of what your career in music can be. Aimed at music industry professionals, of any age, who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and are passionate about their own personal and career development. This is for people who may or may not consider themselves as ‘leaders’ but are creating, managing, doing, organising and running things in some capacity.
The programme will be led by business trainer and adviser Remi Harris MBE, who has over 20 years experience in the music industry, and creative industries coach Tamara Gal-On, who’s been working with women in the music industry since 2007.
