Tomas Nordmark is a Swedish composer and artist living and working in London. He was educated at the University of Linköping in Sweden where he studied audio culture and contemporary art. His work has been featured in opera, public installations, films, theatre and in exhibitions. Engaging in artistic research Nordmark’s projects are investigations in the humanities, the natural and the unknown. In 2019 Nordmark released his debut solo album “Eternal Words” on Brooklyn-based label Valley of Search. An experiment in exploring the future (of music) in ancient melodies, Eternal Words was inspired by the writings of cultural theorist Mark Fisher.
