This is a unique opportunity, open to 18-25 year olds, to be part of a growing and innovative platform. We’re looking for a full-time Trainee Podcast Producer to work with the team running the award winning Transmission Roundhouse (TR). We produce the most creative and innovative audio-led content made by 18-30 year olds from the heart of one of London’s most exciting venues. This is a fantastic time to join the TR team as we have recently moved into our new state of the art podcast studio as part of Roundhouse Works Creative centre.
We’re hoping to find someone who wants to gain the skills and experience to carve their own career in the audio industry. You’ll work alongside the Senior Producer to recruit a new cohort of talented presenters and producers and support them to develop and produce podcasts and content. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the audio platform, building a roster of new shows, regularly supporting the emerging presenters and producers, and developing partnerships with community and industry based contacts as well as maintaining good working relationships with colleagues in the Roundhouse.
It is a fixed-term contract for one year at £27,352 per annum. The deadline is 12th May 2024.
