Salary: Circa £47,000 pro rata
Contract Type: Part time, 3 days per week
Location: Forest Hill, London (with hybrid working options)
Reports to: Co-Chief Executives
Role Purpose: The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision of Jazz re:freshed (JRF), translating the co-Chief Execs’ creative visions into actionable business strategies. The role is responsible for the overall operational management, including business planning, day to day financial oversight, governance, and team leadership. The Executive Director will ensure the organisation is sustainably funded, compliant with legal requirements, and effectively managed to achieve its artistic and cultural objectives.
