We’re The Music Works, a charity that specialises in working with young people in Gloucestershire, particularly those in challenging circumstances. We support over 3,000 young people a year in schools and in our state of the art studios and rehearsal spaces across the county to make music and reap the benefits of creativity, despite whatever barriers they face. We’re looking for an ambitious and inspiring Director of Youth and Community to help grow and deliver our programme, setting a vision and strategy for how we’ll reach more young people.
