Sherry Davis is a multi-disciplinary artist who seamlessly blends soul, classical, and African elements to create compositions that transcend traditional boundaries.
Having studied Contemporary Jazz Piano at Goldsmiths University, she went on to feature as a vocalist and songwriter for top electronic music acts such as Netsky, Shadow Child, and Logistics. Presently, Sherry embarks on a journey to reimagine African narratives through the lens of music, film and exhibitions.
Her recent project, “Ode to the Ancestors,” garnered international acclaim and media attention from BBC News and The Guardian.
Sherry’s innovative contributions have earned her prestigious accolades, including the Deutschebank Award for Creative Entrepreneurs and Nigeria Magazine’s Cultural Impact Award.
