This post provides an exciting opportunity for a creative, collaborative and highly organised individual to work within LSO Discovery’s Artist Development programme. The LSO’s vision is to identify and nurture the next generation of young performers, composers and conductors from a diverse range of backgrounds, and to offer them opportunities to develop their careers.
Holding an important remit within the LSO’s Artist Development strand, the post holder will manage the LSO’s pioneering initiatives for emerging composers (Panufnik Composers, LSO Soundhub and Jerwood Composer+) and their development across the LSO. The post reports to the Head of LSO Discovery, and has access to assistant support.

Each year 60,000 people participate in LSO Discovery projects with many more taking part through distance learning.
