My name is Tyger Blue I’m an experimental musician based in Birmingham, UK. Through working with software including TidalCycles and VCV Rack I have began exploring how algorithms and computational methods are forging new pathways in the creation of music and sonic experiences. As an early career musician, I am deeply engaged with themes that highlight and support the pivotal roles Black musicians have played in the evolution of electronic music. I am also building a reputation for my live coded performances, fusing ambient, IDM and other forms of Bass oriented music. To date I have performed at venues including No Bounds Festival, Vivid Projects, Corsica Studios and IKLECTIK.
