Composer and pianist Jonathan Dove – a past Artistic Director of Spitalfields Festival – gives the first performance of his Late Night Music, around fifty minutes of quiet, contemplative piano music, which he describes as being “like ripples spreading from drops of water falling into a still pool”. The meditations are designed to lull us into a relaxed end to the day. Choose beanbags or chairs, depending on what makes you most comfortable!
