Join Jonathan in a unique three-part facilitation session, where music becomes a tool for processing chronic pain and illness.

Research highlights music as one of the most effective non-pharmacological methods for pain relief—offering a space to focus beyond the body and into sound, rhythm, and creative expression.

🎵 What to Expect:
✔ Guided breathwork meditation exploring drone work to center and stabilize yourself
✔ Communal music exercises to connect, harmonize, and affirm our shared journey
✔ Creative expression through music, poetry, movement, or improvisation—use your craft on or off your chosen instrument
✔ A supportive space to explore what serves you and let go of what doesn’t

Session Plan

  • The first session sub topic on ‘Witnessing Your Own Pain’,
  • Second on ‘Witnessing Your Truth Away from Internalised Ableism’
  • Third Session focuses on creating a vessel to ‘Shift the Relationship with Pain’ recognise your super powers.
