The BBC Symphony Orchestra explores and celebrates composers who have crossed the threshold of sound, with symphonic electronic music by composers including Shiva Feshareki, Steve Daverson, Karlheinz Stockhausen and Misato Mochizuki. Throughout this day of concerts and discussions, the orchestra are joined by the BBC Singers and Guildhall Musicians, and conductors Ilan Volkov and Jack Sheen. Expect talks, world premieres and sounds from beyond the imagination, newly realised and stunningly performed by one of the few orchestras in the world equipped to make it happen.
