Thanks to our renewed partnership with Blue Raincoat, we are excited to announce the second year of the mentoring scheme in collaboration with Reservoir Media. We have invited Charlie and Tiff from Reservoir Media to demistify what an A&R does.

Reservior Media work with songwriters such as Joanie Mitchell, Rachel Chinouriri, Lebo M (Lion King), Steph Jones (Sabrina Carpenter) Arlo Parks.

• The role of A&R scouting and advising artists and songwriters
• How Next Stage Members can apply to be part of the A&R Advice Clinic
