Fanfare Competition: The Royal Opera House are looking for short, attention-grabbing and original musical ideas that bring a modern twist to the traditional fanfare. This unique competition gives 11–16 year-olds the chance to have their music played to thousands every night at the Royal Opera House in London. Once recorded by the Orchestra, these winning entries become front of house fanfares at the Royal Opera House: letting the audience know when it’s time to take their seats in the auditorium at every performance.
