For the Portfolio 2013-14 schemes we are really pleased to be working with Australian orchestra Ruthless Jabiru, swimming pool tour Wet Sounds, improviser Steve Beresford and choir MUSARC.

The Adopt a Composer scheme pairs amateur choirs, orchestras, and ensembles with a composer for one year. It is run by Making Music in partnership with Sound and Music, in association with BBC Radio 3, and funded by PRS For Music Foundation.

The British Music Collection PhD Scholarship, in association with The Centre for Research in New Music is designed for a musicologist or a composer wanting to use the archive in creative ways for the development of new original works.
