Profiles

I am a BA Creative Music Technology graduate, who has a strong interest in a wide variety of music and arts. I am looking for roles which will utilise my existing skills as well as developing knew learning around sound, technology and creativity. I have been playing instruments, studying music and composing for over ten years. In more recent times I have been working within the sphere of electronic music and sonic art. My university course encouraged me to keep my mind open to the potential of all and sound and sonic material, not just feel that only instruments are for making music. As well as keeping an open mind to all sound, we were also encouraged to think of ways of structuring sound in more interesting approaches for example non-linear form.  I am keen to get involved in any projects where I can collaborate with other artists and meet new people. I also have an interest in working with youth orientated projects as earlier this year I was involved in a sound art project in collaboration with the Turner Contemporary Gallery in Margate. I enjoyed the work a great deal and am eager to expand my experience in this area.
